Prerequisites – The Maximum Stock Management and/or Minimum Stock Management option must be enabled.

This option allows you to monitor established thresholds for a product or group of products by specifying a minimum and/or maximum quantity in the settings.

Configure stock monitoring for a single product

Method #1

– Applications Menu > Chemical Products > Stock Management > Stock Monitoring > Create

1. Fill in the Products field.

2. Fill in the minimum and/or maximum quantities.

3. Save

Product List > Product Sheet > Stock Monitoring Section >

1. Fill in the minimum and/or maximum quantities.

2. Save

Configure stock monitoring for a group of products

Prerequisites
– The Cart on Stock Monitoring option must be enabled.
(see Enable an option)

To apply the same stock monitoring rules to a group of products, you need to use the cart.

Create a Cart

1. – Cart Menu > New Cart

2. Give a name and description to the cart and Save

3. In the list of products, select all the products to add to the cart. Once the products are added to the cart, the number of products is displayed at the top next to the cart’s name.

4. – Cart Menu > Number of Products > Create Stock Monitoring

5. Fill in the desired minimum and maximum quantities.

6. Save

Monitor Stocks

– Applications Menu > Chemical Products > Stock Management > Stock Monitoring

When the minimum or maximum quantities are respected, the cell background is green. When the minimum or maximum quantities are exceeded, the cell background is red.

Modify the minimum or maximum quantities of a product with Edit

Trigger a minimum stock alert

Prerequisites
– The Minimum Stock Alert is only triggered if the quantity is strictly lower option must be enabled.
– The Alerts option must also be enabled.
(see Enable an Option)

It is possible to trigger the alert only when the stock is strictly lower than the configured quantity.

– Applications Menu > Tools > Alerts > Alert Trigger > Create

• Name: Choose the trigger name
• Applicable to: Select Stock Monitoring
• Event: Select Minimum Stock Reached
• Defer
• Acknowledgment
• Sender tracking
• Multiple instances
• Active
• Save

Recipient Section: add one or more recipients by name

Roles Recipient Section: add one or more recipients by choosing their role.

Restrict stock monitoring to a zone

Prerequisites
– The Stock Monitoring Restricted to a Zone option must be enabled.
(see Enable an Option)

– Applications Menu > Chemical Products > Stock Management > Stock Monitoring

1. Open the product monitoring sheet in edit mode

2. Restrict to a Zone Section: Select the location where stock monitoring should apply

3. Save
