Manually manage quantities in a flask

Prerequisites
– the Manage the remaining quantity in a bottle option must be activated
(see Activate an option).

To manually manage the quantity in a flask, open the product sheet of the relevant flask.

Access the List of flasks:

– Applications Menu > Chemical Products > Stock Management > Flasks

1. Open the flask’s sheet using the action
2. Enter the remaining quantity
3. Save

The quantity will be updated.

Automatically manage quantities in a flask

Prerequisites
– the Quantity samples from a flask option must be activated
– the Quantity additions to a flask option must be activated
(see Activate an option)

Access the List of flasks:

– Applications Menu > Chemical Products > Stock Management > Flasks

1. Open the flask’s sheet by clicking on the label number or using the action
2. Click on the corresponding icon to open the appropriate function.
   Samples are allowed
   Additions are allowed
3. Enter the quantity added or sampled
4. Save

The history of automatic samples is displayed in the bottle’s sheet. When the formulation module is deployed on the platform, this section is automatically filled in as preparations are made.
