Prerequisites
– Have extended rights
– The option Differentiation between usage stock and reserve stock must be enabled.
(see Switch to extended rights | Enable an option)

This option allows you to know exactly the quantity that is stored for usage and the quantity in reserve.

To display the List of Stock Monitors:

1. Use the Applications Menu > Chemical Products > Stock Management > Stock Monitors

2. Select the desired product.

3. Edit

Simply indicate in the product or group of products the type of storage:

• Usage Only
• Reserve Only
• Usage and Reserve

4. Save
