By default, you will always see the OELs (Occupational Exposure Limits) of your country.
To view the OELs of all countries: the option Display OELs from all countries must be activated. This option is activated with extended rights. (see Switch to extended rights | Activate an option)

A substance can have a different OEL value in each country and also a different regulatory status.
For example: an OEL can be Binding in one country and Indicative in Europe. In this case, the color in QUARKS will correspond to the strictest status (binding).
