Prerequisites
– have extended rights
– the Manage documentation option must be activated
(see Switch to extended rights | Enable an option)
It is possible to configure the IP addresses allowed to access the platform for each user account.
Display the List of accounts:
– Menu Applications > Administration > Accounts
1. Click on the user’s name to open their profile in the panel.
2. Display the Firewall tab then Edit
3. Enter the IP address in the Allowed IPs field and then click on the link Add this IP. The IP appears in the list.
If it’s a modification, select the old IP from the list and click on Remove selected IP.
