Prerequisites
– the replenishment module must be deployed on the platform

1. Scan the label of the bottle that needs to be replenished.
Quarks Safety retrieves the information related to the bottle and the approval of its use to minimize data entry.
However, some fields are editable.

By default, the requested quantity is 1.
The interface guides you on the information to provide to validate the request.
2. VALIDATE once all fields are filled.

Therefore, it is possible to make a restocking request by only specifying the desired lead time.

Only products for which usage is approved can be requested for restocking via Lab Inventory.
When a product is requested for which approval is not given, a message indicates the steps to follow.
