Prerequisites 
– the individual exposure declaration module must be activated on the platform.

1. Scan the label of the bottle.
When the bottle belongs to the group, all the recorded information about the use of the product is displayed.
However, it is possible to modify them.

Click on the pencil icon to modify the PPE and CPE: a dropdown list is available for CPE (collective protection equipment), and a choice list for PPE (personal protective equipment). A scrollbar is available on the right side of the form to access all selections.
2. Confirm

The declaration is automatically integrated into the current periodic declaration.
