Prerequisites

Enable disposal instructions in the platform
– Applications Menu > Administration > Advanced Settings > Application Options
Search for the Transport Instructions option and activate it.
Grant User Rights to Configure Instructions
The right to configure instructions must be assigned to the role responsible for setting up instructions.
– Applications Menu > Administration > Roles
Modify the role that will be responsible for configuring instructions.
Look for the Transport Instructions section and select Yes for all four available permissions.
Save.
The Organization Chart menu is now available on the platform.
– Applications Menu > Organization Chart > Transport Instructions > 
Create
Select the UN code for which instructions are desired.
Enter instructions for each type of directive.
Save
Link Instructions to a Use
In the product’s use record:
Usage tab, Additional Information section
Click Browse to select the file.
Then click Upload File to attach the instruction file to the use.
Save.
