Batches
– Applications Menu > Inventory Management > Batches
By default, batches received for their own group are displayed, but it is possible to view all items in stock by selecting All groups in the Group field.
Remaining Qty: The indicated value searches the list of items that have at least the indicated quantity in stock.
The search can be done from the items added to the cart by checking the Filter with cart items option.
Each batch, provided the user has the rights, can be moved or removed from stock individually using the actions at the end of the line.
The adapted form that is displayed then takes up the information related to the batch. Each movement or evacuation can be done by packages or by items.
Stock Monitoring Items
– Applications Menu > Consumables > Inventory Management > Stock Monitoring Items
It is possible to consult the stock monitoring set up for your group.
Filters are available to refine the search.
Quantities are displayed in red when thresholds are exceeded, and in green when they are met.
When the user has the necessary rights, they can modify the stock monitoring of the item by clicking on the hyperlink of its designation.
Stock monitoring is also configurable in the Stock tab of the Item file by clicking on the of the Stock and alert thresholds section.
It is possible to monitor only a maximum quantity or only a minimum quantity.
The holders of the email indicated in the form receive an email informing them of the reaching of the thresholds.
Movements
The movement list records stock entries and exits. The type of movement (Entry E/S Exit) is indicated by the initial in the Direction column.
When the movement is a regularization correcting the inventory, the background of the direction letter cell is pink.
Filters are available in the movement list. It is possible to search simultaneously for several locations.
Regularization
– Applications Menu > Inventory Management > Regularization
The Regularization form allows, by item, to regularize a stock that displays too many or not enough items compared to an inventory made.
The item selection displays the known quantity in stock.
The current date is displayed, but it can be changed.
New Entry
– Applications Menu > Inventory Management > New Entry
The stock entry form is displayed on the right side of the screen.
The item selection displays the existing packaging.
The Movement section of the Batch tab allows specifying a possible regularization.
The New entry function is also available in the Actions column of the item list and in the item file when the user has the rights.
Opening the form in this way automatically selects the item in the form.
Consume
Consuming an item removes it from stock.
Consumption is done either by Items or by Packaging by selecting the option in the Item section.
