The message on the dashboard transmits messages to all users.
You can archive the messages displayed periodically, to avoid having to re-enter them.
– Applications Menu >Tools> Dashboard messages >

1. Complete the title and content of the message in each language.
The form provides the formatting tools of a word processor. Moving the mouse over the symbols displays a description of the function.
